@Bleach9235 well if you want a six pack you have to loose fat so you can see your belly muscles
then you have to build up your muscles with different exercies you know what i mean?
when you do exercises you sometimes will have a 6 pack but you are not going to see it unless you loose belly fat
i would reccomend healthy food (in my opinion fast food is the worst thing like mcdonalds or burger king) and go walking every second day but not to fast and not to long (sry if my english is not so good)

@Bleach9235 heres a tip… abs are 90% nutrition. u will NOT get abs if u dont have proper nutrition. even if you do 390802948234 crunches a day it aint gonna do squat w/o the nutition. You dont even really need to work abs that much. a couple times a week maybe a couple days apart (IE mon and thurs) and just do a few crunches. properly. One big tip, engage ur core in EVERY EXERCISE YOU DO!!. do that and theres ur 6 pack! there is ur tip and ur not gonna get any better than that. =)
Would be great to get some tips on chest exercises, I recently had surgery done there and it would be great to get some help because I can’t seem to lift heavy objects like I used to.
