depends on the cardio. Any where between 200 and 350 I would say. Running burns the most.

That is going to depend entirely on how vigorously you exercise and how much you weight. People who are larger tend to burn more calories when exercising because it takes more effort to get their bodies to move. The more intense the workout the more calories you burn. If you do a low impact routine you will burn fewer calories than you would if you did 30 minutes of high intensity aerobics.
That depends on so many things. Using an eliptical or stair climber will generally burn more calories than a treadmill. Of course, it depends on how intense your workout is.
But the earlier estimate of 200-350 calories seems fairly accurate for a workout that is intense enough to make you sweat.
