I love to walk outside but I need an activity I can do indoors when its too cold to walk. I want to lose weight and be healthy, would Yoga be a good thing for that? I have heard it helps you lose weight, then I have heard its mostly for toning and reengerizing your mind and body. Which is it? Or does it do it all? Thanks.

Yoga is good for everything, weight loss, toning, flexibility, strength, stamina, relaxation, you name it, yoga does it.
