Question by : What workouts do I need to do to lose belly fat at the gym?
I’m going to start going to the gym 3 times a week. I’ve already been eating healthy for 4-5 months and lost 25lbs. Now I’m stuck at losing the last 20. What workouts would help me do that?

There is a chair and leg pull up machine. You can pull up while legs are forward, to the right or left, but bent. You can do it with legs straight out in front. At your comfort level, you do work the abdominal and oblique muscles. To lose the last twenty, examine your current food plan. See if you can lower salt and fat. Working out in the same manner as the others on the treadmill might mean at five or more miles per hour for 45 minutes. That is what I saw people doing at the fitness center. But, try 3.5 for half an hour first. With that, weight training, work on the Swiss ball, and maybe a fitness class, you can reach your goal. You might be able to hire a trainer. Get feedback and process it. Then, use that feedback to proceed ahead.
