Question by The Man Of Destiny: Will running on the tredmill or stationary bike help loose lots of fats?
I am interested on loosing my fats (the fastest way) but I have some questions first…I am planning to do running on the tredmill for 30-45 minutes everyday.Would it be a good idea?I want to get rid of the fats on my stomach the fastest way.Any suggestions?

The treadmill will have more of an impact.
Try doing various cardio work-outs.

First calculate your BMR by searching “Whats my BMR” on google and then calculate how many calories you will burn on the treadmil then aproximate how many calories you burn doing activities during the day.
Burn more calories a day than you eat then you will be fine.
Burn more by atleast 500-800.
